Didem Ün Ateş
Didem is an AI and Responsible AI executive, algorithm auditor, and certified executive coach with more than 25 years of experience leading technology-driven transformation across industries. As Founder and CEO of Lotus AI, she advises private equity, financial services, and consulting firms — including Goldman Sachs Asset Management and its portfolio companies — on how to scale AI with integrity and foresight, and she serves on Goldman Sachs Asset Management's AI/GenAI Council. She also sits on the boards of the Edge AI Foundation and the Wharton Alumni AI Studio. Earlier in her career she held leadership roles at Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini, EY, Motorola, and Schneider Electric, including helping launch Business AI solutions at Microsoft Research and leading AI initiatives within its Chief Data Office.
